We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Iyer’s Pet Co. Because of the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we are committed to making things right.
Reporting Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you must provide visual proof (such as clear photos or videos) showing the problem within 14 calendar days of receiving your package. This allows us to assess the issue and respond quickly.
How to Submit a Claim

Refunds
If your claim is verified based on the evidence provided, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process once approved.
No Returns Accepted
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products unless there is a verified problem as described above.
