The FetchPro uses standard-sized tennis balls. We include 3 balls with your purchase, and replacements are readily available.
Most dogs naturally understand how to use the FetchPro. Start by placing a ball in the launcher and encouraging your dog to retrieve it. Reward them with praise and treats when they bring the ball back. Repeat this process until they understand the concept.
The FetchPro is designed to be relatively quiet. However, some dogs may be initially hesitant. Start by introducing the device slowly and rewarding your dog for approaching it. You can also try turning it on without launching a ball at first to acclimate them to the sound.
